Traffic - Sign/Crosswalk Acknowledged1250 Hancock Street Quincy, Massachusetts - QuincyCrossing Hancock from President's Plaza to other side of Hancock, there are two separate crossing lights. The one near city hall will beep for the walk signal for blind people but it is only safe to cross that half of the street. However, you can hear it all across the street and pedestrians start crossing (from Prez Plaza) when they should not. The walk signals should be in sync with each other. A blind person or any person can start to cross when hearing beep and get hit as it is only safe to cross half of the street.
