  Thank you for using the SCF system. I have submitted a work order request to DPW to evaluate the condition of the sidewalk. DPW will send an engineer/foreman to assign a priority number to this stretch of sidewalk. Priority 1 sidewalks are designated as most in need of repair and are typically repaired in the current road repair season, while priority 2 or 3 sidewalks are evaluated each season for repair in the future. Once I have received the evaluation from DPW I will convey that to you. Due to the snow, DPW may not be able to evaluate it right away. This construction season begins later this year in the late spring/early summer.

  The DPW evaluated this strip of sidewalk as a Priority 1. As indicated above, Priority 1 sidewalks are marked for reconstruction as early as possible. DPW anticipates beginning sidewalk work in the late spring/early summer and continuing work into the fall. At this time I cannot offer an exact timeframe on when the project will start/end.
